Warranty

1. Warranty period
Every smartphone sold by
comes with a limited hardware warranty. The exact length — 6, 9, or 12 months — is shown on the individual product page at the time of purchase. Accessories, cables, and gaming consoles are covered only when explicitly stated on the product page.
2. What the warranty covers
The warranty covers hardware defects that were not present or disclosed at the time of sale, including:
- Faulty batteries that fall below reasonable health thresholds within the warranty window.
- Display, camera, speaker, microphone, or charging hardware failures not caused by physical damage.
- Mainboard or software faults that prevent normal operation of the device.
- Pre-existing defects missed during our testing process.
3. What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised work. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cracked screens, bent frames, or liquid damage.
- Damage from drops, impacts, pressure, or exposure to moisture.
- Repairs, modifications, or tampering done by anyone other than
. - Normal wear and tear such as cosmetic scratches or faded finishes.
- Accessories, packaging, or data loss.
4. How to make a warranty claim
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos or a short video if possible. We will arrange an inspection and normally complete the assessment within 3–7 business days after receiving the device. For a qualifying defect within six months after delivery, you may choose a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by the Consumer Protection Act.
5. Condition requirements
Return the device with the accessories relevant to the fault and remove personal locks after backing up your data. Physical or liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, or tampering may exclude a claim where they caused the fault. We inspect each claim on its facts; these requirements do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Pre-owned device grading
Certified pre-owned devices are sold with a clear grade that reflects cosmetic and functional condition. The grade is set before dispatch and is recorded with your order. Warranty claims are separate from the cosmetic grade — a Grade B device may still have a valid hardware warranty if the fault is unrelated to its cosmetic wear.
7. Limitations
This store warranty is additional to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Within six months after delivery, qualifying defective goods may be returned without penalty, at our risk and expense, and the consumer chooses repair, replacement, or refund. If repaired goods fail again within three months after the repair, the Act requires replacement or refund.
