Our pre-owned devices are fully tested, cleaned, and graded according to their cosmetic and functional condition. Each product page clearly states the grade and any visible wear so you know exactly what you're buying.

Delivery is between 3–10 business days anywhere in South Africa. We use trusted courier partners and provide tracking information once your order is dispatched.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a device before buying, reach out to us on WhatsApp.

Yes. All smartphones come with a limited warranty ranging from 6 to 12 months as specified on the individual product page. Warranty covers hardware defects not caused by misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

We accept secure online payments including credit/debit card and instant EFT through our payment partners. Full payment is required before dispatch.

We primarily operate via courier delivery nationwide. If you're in the Johannesburg area and want to arrange a local pickup, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do.
