How we check phones
New or pre-owned, every handset is checked and warrantied
New & pre-owned stock
Brand new sealed devices arrive untouched; pre-owned handsets are function tested one by one — screen, cameras, Face ID, charging and cellular.
Condition stated upfront
Each listing states whether the device is new or pre-owned, plus battery health and a cosmetic grade, so you know exactly what you're buying.
6–12 month warranty
Every smartphone ships with a limited hardware warranty and an IMEI that is clean and never blacklisted.
